How it works

From first call to published month.

No mystery, no onboarding maze. Six steps, and after the first one you are mostly just filming and replying yes.

The four stages

Discovery, onboarding, launch, then it compounds.

Every account we have ever run has gone through the same four stages. Not a funnel — the actual sequence, including the part where we find out whether this is a fit at all.

01
Discovery meeting

We learn about each other and decide whether this is a fit. Your business, your expectations, what we actually do, and every question you have. If we are not right for you, this is where we say so — not three months in.

02
Onboarding — one month

A full month spent setting you up properly rather than rushing something out in week one. Your brand, your systems, your objectives and your first content, built before anything goes public with your name on it.

03
Launch

It goes live. Consistent posts, daily stories, real engagement — and the people who already know you start seeing the professional you actually are, every week, without you thinking about it.

04
Optimise

Time is the multiplier. Every month gives us more to read — what landed, what did not, which pillar your market responds to — and the work gets sharper because of it. This is the stage most accounts never reach, because most arrangements do not last long enough.

In detail

What the first month actually looks like.

01
You talk, we listen
We learn your business properly

A structured interview before we make anything. We have refined that intake since 2021 — it is the reason the content sounds like you rather than like a template. We ask about your clients, your market, what you actually want to be known for.

We build your strategy and pillars

Four content categories mapped to your business, not a generic calendar. Value proposition, target client and positioning get worked out here too, because content built on a vague offer does not convert.

Your library starts filling

You send footage from your phone. It goes into your library and stays there. The longer you are with us, the less you need to send, because the library compounds.

We build the month

Editing, covers, captions, hashtags, stories — all of it, before you see anything. Your dedicated editor learns your look over time so it gets more like you, not less.

You approve by text

One message. You scroll it, you reply yes or ask for a change. Unlimited changes, and nothing publishes without that reply.

It goes out, by hand

A person publishes to Instagram and uploads to YouTube, then it syndicates to Facebook, LinkedIn and Google. Stories run all month. We spend four hours engaging with new prospects on your behalf, and you get analytics and a strategy call.

After that

It just keeps going.

That is the whole point. The system does not need re-starting each month, and neither do you. Twelve to fifteen posts, every month, indefinitely — which is the thing almost nobody else can actually sustain.

What we need from you

Two things. That is the whole list.

Show up for content

A filmed session. You are on camera for a fraction of the time it would take you to write one caption, and then you are done thinking about content until the next one.

Nobody can make content about your business without your business in the room. This is the part we cannot do for you, and it is the only part.

Answer us honestly

When we ask what is actually happening this month — the job you are proud of, the question every client asks, the thing you wish people understood — tell us the real answer.

Vague answers produce vague content. The accounts that work best are the ones where the owner tells us the truth about their business.

The discovery call costs you twenty minutes.

We spend most of it asking about your business rather than talking about ours. By the end you will know whether this is a fit, and so will we. Nothing to sign, and no sequence of emails afterwards if you decide it is not.
