We guarantee what we control: the volume, the quality and the schedule of what we produce and publish. We do not guarantee leads, followers, revenue or any other outcome that depends on what other people do. Anyone who guarantees those things should be asked to put it in writing.
The service is month to month at the published price. There is no long-term contract. Either side can end it with two to three weeks notice, which covers work already in production. Your accounts remain yours throughout.
The service depends on you supplying raw material — video, photos, information about your business — and approving what we produce. We cannot deliver the service without that, and we will tell you plainly if it stops arriving.
