The short version, in plain English.
This site
Everything here is provided for information. Figures describing our own delivery are drawn from our production records and are accurate as published, but nothing on this site is a guarantee of any particular result for your business.
What we do and do not promise
We guarantee what we control: the volume, the quality and the schedule of what we produce and publish. We do not guarantee leads, followers, revenue or any other outcome that depends on what other people do. Anyone who guarantees those things should be asked to put it in writing.
The engagement
The service is month to month at the published price. There is no long-term contract. Either side can end it. Three weeks' notice. Billing runs on the 1st, so notice given less than three weeks before the 1st carries into the next month. Your accounts remain yours throughout.
Your part
The service depends on you supplying raw material (video, photos, information about your business) and approving what we produce. We cannot deliver the service without that, and we will tell you plainly if it stops arriving.
These terms describe how we work and will be updated as the service changes. They are not legal advice and have not been reviewed by a lawyer.
